Former police officer Derek Chauvin has been charged with third-degree murder and manslaughter.

The Roc Nation CEO issued a statement this morning to further share his sincere conversation with Walz. He also thanked him for calling in Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison to lead Floyd’s case.
Over the weekend, Beyoncé also joined the call for justice for Floyd in an Instagram video in which she said: “We need justice for George Floyd. We all witnessed his murder in broad daylight. We’re broken and we’re disgusted. We cannot normalize this pain.”
