Hollywood star Johnny Deep has lost his libel case against ex-wife and actress Amber Heard and The Sun newspaper.

Johnny sued the newspaper after a headline written by its executive editor Dan Wootton describing him a “wife beater”.
Justice Nicol in a 16-days trial back in July has revealed the newsaper’s claims that he was violent towards his ex-wife was “justified”.
Amber also testified her ex-husband assaulted her and provided graphic details of the attacks, which she claims was fuelled by drinking and drugs.
The Pirate of The Caribbean star denied all the allegations levelled against him by his ex-wife for been violent towards her during their time together, but admitted to taking large amounts of cocaine and drinking more than “normal” people could.
