A video of the actor surfaced online not long ago where he is seen inciting people to use violence as their way of stopping people from rigging the elections

In the video, he emphasized when talking to his NDC faithful that they should not allow anyone to cheat them this year.
John Dumelo added that if anyone tries something silly by rigging the election they should beat such person.
The comment has attracted many people in the digital space to slam him for inciting people to use violence as a method of dealing with election rigging.

The actor has apologized on his Twitter page that he’s a man of peace and will always promote it to make Ghana and his constituency he’s contesting a better place.
