The FA Cup is just a few days away but Chelsea will have to focus on going a step closer to securing a top four place with a win against Arsenal tonight.

Chelsea are the strong favourites here at 8/11 with Betfred while Arsenal are 4/1 and a draw is 11/4.

A win tonight will put them one step closer of securing Champions League final for the Blues and if West Ham drop points against Brighton at the weekend then they will achieved something that looked impossible when Frank Lampard was sacked.

Meanwhile, for Arsenal, it has been a season to forget. Their league form has not improved from last season’s and with no cup final to save any blushes, the writing is on the wall for many players who have clearly showed they are not good enough.

Mikel Arteta hoped to guide the Gunners to at least fight for a European place but instead find themselves mid-table with Leeds United and Aston Villa while his predecessor Unai Emery knocked them out last week to secure another Europa League final to his CV.

Since Tuchel arrived at Stamford Bridge, the German boss has managed eight Premier League home with seven of them finishing under 2.5 goals – with the exception of the freak result when West Brom came to town.

That pattern has continued away from home and outside the Premier League too – in fact during his 25 matches in all competitions, Tuchel has guided his side to 21 matches since the former PSG coach arrived.

Elsewhere, Kai Havertz may have taken a bit of time to settle but he has thrived since Tuchel arrived.

A quick change in position, style of play and tactics have helped the former Leverkusen wonderkid to dominate the midfield and support the attack efficiently.

He has had Real Madrid on strings, threaten the goal, support his teammates and controlled the middle of the park with the likes of N’Golo Kante.

The 21-year-old’s all-round game makes him unpredictable to play with and shows strong signs of improving in every single match – the only issue is the lack of goal in the league considering he has only score four times.

But watching him recently, he is not shy to score or find space in the final third so he will be a headache for Arsenal’s defence.
