Barcelona eye Giovani Lo Celso
According to reports in Spain, Barcelona are eyeing Spurs midfielder Giovani Lo Celso.
As per Fichajes, the Catalan giants are interested in signing the former Real Betis and Paris Saint-Germain man despite their numerous financial issues this summer.
Lo Celso joined Spurs initially on-loan in 2019 before his move was eventually made permanent. He has gone on to make 65 appearances for the club in the time since and has a contract until the summer of 2025.

Spurs want to pair Kane with Ings
Tottenham have reportedly made Southampton striker Danny Ings one of their priority signings this summer but not as a replacement for Harry Kane.
The current Spurs hitman has been linked with a move away and it was thought Ings could come in as a viable replacement.
However, The Telegraph suggest that he would be brought in as a partner for the current England captain amid his hesitancy to pen a new deal on the South Coast.

Paratici contemplates Vitinha offer
Finally, Spurs are apparently considering an offer for Porto midfielder Vitinha.
According to reports, the north Londoners have been offered the Portuguese for £17m by Jorge Mendes, who is ironically the agent of current Spurs boss Nuno Espirito Santo.
The midfielder spent last season on-loan at Wolverhampton Wanderers, so could be reunited with his former manager at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
