The 21-year-old midfielder, who has been rumoured to be under consideration by the likes of Chelsea, Manchester United and Juventus, is one of the most highly-rated youngsters in world football.

Daniel Childs and Scott Clayton, who are both from the Fan Brands team, were joined by football.london’s Chelsea correspondent, Adam Newson, to give their views on the closing hours of the Blues’ transfer window live on the Carefree Chelsea show via football.london’s Chelsea page.
Kickstarting the debate, Newson began proceedings by giving his transfer window predictions hinting he believes that one new face will arrive in west London before Tuesday evening.
“I think one gets done,” Newson said, alluding to Chelsea’s the pair of key transfer targets that have emerged this summer, in addition to Tchouameni.

Meanwhile Sevilla have gone against their word breaking a verbal agreement with Chelsea regarding the sale of Jules Kounde, according to The Athletic.
Scott polished his crystal ball by adding that he can see a dramatic turn in the tide hitting the metaphoric shores of Stamford Bridge come Tuesday evening, hinting that a deal for Tchouameni could be in the offing.
“I think we are going to have a rumour in the next 24-hours that is going to surprise people,” Scott said.
“This is the way of the transfer window and I think with how Saul’s cooled down a little bit, I think the club will be doing something behind the scenes.”
The Chelsea Fan Brand Editor continued, hinting that he can see the young Monaco midfielder finally making the leap across the Channel.
“I think we will get a link to somebody else. I hope it’s Tchouameni,” Scott said with a rise smile.
