Arsenal and Mikel Arteta have had a busy summer transfer window in an effort to revamp their squad.
After disappointing back-to-back eighth-placed finishes, coupled with failing to qualify for European competition for the first time in a quarter of a century, changes were needed at Arsenal.
The Gunners’ £132million spend so far this summer is the highest in the Premier League and signals the intent of Arteta and Edu to get their club back challenging at the top end of the Premier League.
That outlay has seen Arsenal strengthen across the pitch with no fewer than five additions to date.
Albert Sambi Lokonga (Anderlecht) and Nuno Taveres (Benfica) were the first two through the door, bolstering the midfield and left-back options, respectively. Ben White’s £50million move from Brighton was confirmed shortly after Euro 2020, while Real Madrid’s Martin Odegaard and back-up goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale joined in a double deal just last week.
But fans are still calling for more – both in terms of incomings and outgoings.
So far, the senior players to leave Arsenal have been David Luiz, Matteo Guendouzi, William Saliba and Joe Willock. Of those, though, Willock is the only player who has drawn a fee – with Newcastle shelling out a reported £25million. Luiz’s contract expired in the summer, with both Guendouzi and Saliba joining Marseille on loan.
More outgoings will likely be needed for the Gunners to dip back into the transfer market to add to their ranks. But who would you like to see leave the Emirates, and who should still be there when the window closes?

Some exits do appear to be bubbling away in north London.
Lucas Torreira appears to be closing in on a return to Italy, joining Fiorentina on a season-long loan with an option to buy, while Willian is also understood to be on his way to Brazil, joining Corinthians.
