Romelu Lukaku’s future is the focus of most Chelsea fans this summer, as many of them seem keen for the club to sell him on after one bad season and use the proceeds to buy another striker.
On TalkSport, Kweku Afari had a different take however. He insisted that Chelsea just had to give the forward another chance, given the vast fee they paid for him.
Perhaps they should give him another chance – but his price shouldn’t be the reason. The club have fallen victim to the sunk cost fallacy far too many times already.
