Thomas Strakosha is being linked with Chelsea in recent days, with the reports coming from nowhere but now seeming to have plenty of credibility.
That has only been added to by the fact that the keeper has spoken out today about the links.
“I’m really honoured to be linked with a top club like Chelsea,” the Lazio keeper said on Fabrizio Romano’s podcast.
“I’ve been dreaming of the Premier League since I was a kid.”
It’s not really clear what Chelsea’s intentions for their goalkeepers are this summer. They have two in place already, and now are being strongly linked with two teenagers, as well as Strakosha.

That likely indicated Kepa is leaving at the very least – it’s not clear if a buyer has already been found, but Strakosha’s current team Lazio are regularly linked to the Spaniard.
He’s a free agent, which of course makes a move a lot easier, but also means he will have a lot of offers on the table to choose from.
Newly promoted Fulham have also been linked to the Albanian, and there he would be able to be first choice, so it’s easy to see why they might tempt him despite not playing in the Champions League.
